Peace and Joy to you all,
As kids return to school and college and life begins to find a new pace — we will be worshipping God on Sunday at 9:00 in the Fellowship Hall. This will be the last Sunday at the earlier time as we plan to kick-off Sunday School on the 7th upstairs at 9:30.
This Sunday’s scripture reading are: Exodus 3:1-15, Romans 12:9-21 and Matthew 16:21-28 with a sermon entitled: “Punctuating Life.” Kind of catchy, don’t you think??
Hope to see you on Sunday

We will be assembling Sunday school materials for the teacher this Sunday and if you can give us some time after the worship service to put those packets together, it would be greatly appreciated.

Peace to all,
This Sunday Ramona Guadalupe will be with us for the worhsip service and she will preach using Isaiah 56:1, 6-8 and Matthew 15:21-28; the sermon title is “Mercy”. Ramona will be our pastoral intern starting in September, so we can welcome her early on this Sunday. She is currently a student at Andover-Newton with yours truly and is from the American Baptist tradition so bring a seat belt with you to keep you grounded during the sermon.
Peace,
John
