Our Sunday Worship Service
Peace and Joy to you all,
As I mentioned on Sunday, due to upcoming concerts in the sanctuary, we will need to adjust our annual decorating routine. Here is how I hope it will unfold.
Saturday the 29th (THIS SATURDAY) we will meet at noon at the church to hunt, find and cut a tree for the church. We will need some strong backs, a large pick-up or trailer, a chain saw and people to use all of them.
On Sunday — after worship we will change into GRUB CLOTHES and bring said tree into the church - setting it up and decorating it. We will also wash the globes in the sanctuary as we will have the ladder in there.
On Thursday, December 4th beginning at 5:00 we will decorate the sanctuary with garland and wreaths.
On December 5th — We are going to be LOOKING GOOOOOD!
I hope you can help out — let me know about Saturday so I have an idea that we can make this happen.
Thank You All,
Gary

Dress Rehearsal for the Christmas Pageant
| December 14, 2008 | ||
| 10:15 am | to | 11:15 am |
Our Annual Christmas Pageant will be held during the service.
Blessing to all,
I will be away for the next few days - back on Saturday to get the tree and with God’s help I will be with you for Sunday worship.
Sunday will be the first Sunday of Advent with scripture passages: Isaiah 64:1-9 and Mark 13:24-37 with a Sermon entitled: “Making Room.”
Pageant practice will begin this coming Sunday for the kids in preparation for the BIG SHOW on Sunday the 14th.
May you have a wonderful Thanksgiving as we celebrate the abundance of God’s blessings.
In Christ,
Gary
