Youth Service with Pizza and Games

Cleaning the globes, then hanging garlands.

Peace and Joy to all,

We are planning to clean the globes and decorate the sanctuary tomorrow, Thursday beginning at 4:00 pm with the globe cleaning crew, followed at 5:00 with the garland hanging – green placing – candle setting – crèche presenting crew.  If you have a bit of time beginning at 4:00 to help out with the taking down of the chandelier globes, washing them and replacing them — that would be great or you could plug in at 5:00 to “hang” around the church.

There will be a service called “Night Lights” which will be for youth from all over the area.  The Service will be held at the Williston Federated Church (UCC/Methodist) on Sunday the 7th of December.  John Sanborn and Rev. Kim Hornung Marcy from the North Ferrisburgh Methodist Church have been in communication and Kim will be bringing a group from that church to the service.  The evening will begin with Pizza and Games from 6 – 6:30 followed by the service with everything concluding at 8:30.  This is open to Middle and High School students.  If anyone is interested please reply by Friday morning so plans can be made and the right amount of pizza ordered.
